You can edit your default notifications for both regular events and all-day events. You can also choose to be notified with device notifications, emails, or both. Open the Google Calendar app . In the top left, go to the main menu . Choose Settings at the bottom. Choose one of your calendars, like Events. Touch the notification to change or remove it, or touch Add a notification.Your changes sync with your computer notifications. For example, if you chose “60 minutes before” on your phone, you’ll get a pop-up notification on your computer 60 minutes before your event.Sound and vibrate settingsYou can change the sound and vibrate settings for the Calendar app: Open the Google Calendar app . In the top left, go to the main menu . Choose Settings at the bottom. Select General. To change or turn off the sound, switch off Use standard tone, touch current tone, and choose another sound or None. Switch Vibrate on or off.

See how your profile looks to everyone else

You can see how your profile looks to other people, which may be helpful if you choose to hide parts of your profile. Using the “View profile as” drop-down, you can make sure other people only see the information you want to share with them.

Computer

Open Google+.

In the top left corner, click the drop-down menu > Profile.

In the upper left corner, use the “View profile as” drop-down. You can select “Yourself” or “Public.” You can also type the name of someone in your circles.
