If equipment control doesn’t work as expected, go to Settings > Equipment Control > Manage Equipment > TV / Receiver / Soundbar > Change TV / Change Receiver / Change Soundbar and try setup again. You set up each of your devices individually and there are more tests. First-time setup may miss things like input switching or controlling A/V receivers and sound bars.
